Gabrielle Poirier serves as Vice President of Clinical Operations at Expedition Therapeutics, bringing over 25 years of global clinical development operations experience spanning first-in-human through Phase 3 studies across a range of therapeutic areas. She joins Expedition most recently from Comanche BioPharma, where she led a global clinical program in pre-eclampsia.
Much of her career has been spent at early-stage biotech companies, where she has held positions of increasing responsibility. At Vertex Pharmaceuticals, she was a clinical study lead for KALYDECO® (ivacaftor) through its approval. At Entasis Therapeutics, she led the global Phase 3 clinical program for XACDURO® (durlobactam) through FDA approval. At Nimbus Therapeutics, she supported the TYK2 program that was later sold to Takeda. She holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration
